21 December 2011 LTCG normally exempt u/s 10(38)(chargeable to securities transaction tax ),for others you have 2 options
1-with indexation -20%
2-with out indexation -10%

STCG(chargeable to securities transaction tax)-15%
OTHERS- taxable at normal rates applicable to assessee
