sir,my clients has sold his a property(Land) of and deposited in thise amount in the capital gains account in thise case he can use thise amount purchase a residential house or construct.if is necessary if land sold and he should be purchased Land.

U/s 54F he can buy/construct a residential house out of sale of land provided he should not already own more than one house.
