There is no impact. You are supposed to provide details of capital gains made during the year in the relevant ITR.
Whether you are paying capital gains tax or claiming exemption under Section any/various clauses of section 54 of the Income tax Act, is a separate issue and should be appropriately reflected in the tax return.
