Hi all
If i invest in a residential prop according to 54f will i get exemption even for interiors exp ?
or only for prop value ?
Eg: 5lacs house value + Furnitures 2lacs
so for calculating 54f shoul i take 5lacs or 2 lacs

IF FURNITURE VALUE IS INCLUDING IN PROPERTY VALUE THEN YOU CAN CLAIM RS. 7 LACS.
