Ofcourse Yes!! If a Person who is Party To The Sale/Purchase Contract, Without His Signature Deal may Not be Completed, How The Sale/Purchase Contract will be Executed without Travelling from Another Place to Concerned Place. Therefore, if That is Suffice to Prove it will be an Allowable Expense.
