15 July 2013 dear experts i have a small doubt in capital gain,for eg:- i have a debentures worth 1000000@100 each i converted thease debentures into eqity shares of 10 each after one year i sold these euity shares now can i get 10(38) exemption on sale consideration assume eqity shares are listed and charged to stt.
