Cancellation of st-1

Please guide me in the following matter:
i have filled up st-1 and submitted it but it needs to be cancelled,so how cani cancel the regn.and if it is needed later to register of same assessee then with same information can st-1 be filled.

Login to ACES and fill and submit cancellation form take a print out and send it along with ST-2 original to jurisdictional service tax office.
If needed later fresh registration can be taken with same information.
