We are real estate developer.We are dedcuting WCT and depositing on behalf of contractors.
Can we avail benefits of C form in purchases?

What, I have understod from your query that:-
1.You are a real estate developer.
2.You are a registered Dealer.
Now, if you, being a real estate developer selling the flats, you are not allowed to use C forms.
If you are developing the building as works contractor, you are allowed to use "C" forms for procuring goods (which are going to be trfd. incourse of execution of WC). However, if you are under composition scheme, pl. refer the composition scheme. In Assam, WC Composition scheme allows a WC dealer even regd under composite scheme to issue C forms.
