Query is "whether on request of assessee a chartered accountant can do the tax audit u/s 44AB of a firm having turover below Rs 60 lacs"????

25 September 2011 yes. can be done. since the mandatory apply as per Income tax turnover exceeds Rs.60 lacs only. but having tax audit below the limit also, no restrictions on that
