Can partner of a firm issue bill in his name

30 December 2015 We have provided a transportation service to one of our client.But received work order in the name of a partner.Now the client is asking us to issue a bill in the name of the partner.Can we do that???there is no service tax regn in the name of the partner .please help with reference thanks

04 January 2016 Then issue invoice in the name of partner and also mention the name of the firm and service tax registration No. of firm.

05 January 2016 Can we issue the bill in the name of partner(As sole propreitor) without charging the service tax ???? As they are not ready to pay Service tax in the name of firm.
