can a name of a company be renewed within 60 days?
There is only 3 days left, now i want to renew the name & apply for section 25 license.

No. If the proposed company has not been incorporated within 60 days period, the name will be lapsed. Please see clause 6 of the circular referred below. The scheme of renewal by paying 1/2 of the fee has been taken away by the implementation of General Circular 45/2011 dated July 8,2011.
