26 November 2014 sir, can a practicing CA (full time cop holder) can give coaching (self emplyment) or under any employer ,does it amounts to violation of any ethics,plz give any refrence or case law (if any) in this regard,i will be very thankful.

26 November 2014 permission from icai needs to be taken as per ca act 1949

26 November 2014 restriction is subject to regulation 190A

Teaching/coaching/private coaching is permitted provided that the teaching hours don't extent beyond 25 hours.
