sale of long term land in 2018, it was purchased in 1992 , how to calculate the indexation of cost of land with the taking of 2001 as base year or 1981 as base year , what i do in this.

Base year is 2001. Valuation to be obtained from approved valuer if not able to get
from govt. dept.
