Im trying to calculate hours and minutes between two dates/times over more than 24hrs

Assuming the query from EXCEL. Format the column in date and time format. A simple subtraction will give the desired result. ( Alternatively, make 2 columns one for date another for time [24 hours format]. Then do the subtract function.)
