i am a student who is good at memorising.
i just want to know a few things..
1.which one is better for me CA or CS?
2.Do we have more theory in CS as compared to CA?
3. Any student who has cleared cpt,can he switch to CS without giving foundation level?

1. CA and CS are equally good. depends on where your interest lies. CA is more on finance side and CS is more on corporate law side.
2. Yes CS has more theory
3. Yes. those having passed in the Common
Proficiency Test (CPT) conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
or of any other accountancy institution in India are exempted from passing the Foundation Programme examination. Such students may directly seek registration to Executive Programme stage of CS Course.
