The first attempt under new syllabus starts in May 2018. You have a chance either to continue under old syllabus until May 2019 attempt (i.e. you have 3 more attempts under old syllabus viz., May 2018, November 2018 and May 2019) or to go for conversion from Old syllabus to new syllabus and appear in May 2018 Examination itself.
