MR A is a Chartered Accountant. He and his wife are holding more than 50% of shareholding in ABC Pvt Ltd.ABC Pvt. Ltd is an insurance broking company. Can Mr.A (Chartered Accountant in Practice) hold office as director or non-executive chairman in ABC Pvt. Ltd.
