Ca falsely increased my leave on form 109 .. plz help

01 December 2014 n the verge of getting an Industrial training my CA under whom I was working as an article for last 2 years falsely inflated the no. of leaves to 365 days of leave on the anger that I was leaving him .. whereas I hardly took 60 days leaves during the tenure .. so my questions are : 1) will I be able to join the industrial training ? 2) will that delay my ca final attempt ? 3) even if I get to serve for any excess tym may I serve it after my industrial training as I got it with lot of efforts ? 4) guys I really need some serious help and advice . Feeling low and dejected

Ask the CA with open and positive mind why he did so? Take some senior person from your family with you.

02 December 2014 i tried my level best as it is endangering my career .. me and my parents were pleading .. i am completely broke and crying all the time .. visiting around temples in Delhi .. but the ca tells as I dared to leave my training for industrial training so he will not spare me and is also reluctant to keep me with himself .. people leave CA because they dont pass and seeing my scene I just cant imagine anything could be so worse .. need sopme serious advice and help please

02 December 2014 Zoro, please do NOT try to blame your principal for your fault. If you are NOT agrreable to the leave, do you have leave record with you. Do you ever keep any muster in your articleship? Do you own the practice of 'time in' 'time out' in your articleship? If the answer to all such types of questions are YES.....dont wait..go to ICAI Noida and give a letter to that effect.

02 December 2014 I used to reach by 9.30 am and leave never before 6.30pm .. saturday working .. && evn stayed back in office few nights during this september .. Idk wht type of record are you asking about .. and tell me something .. I mean 365 days .. which means he claims as if I didnt evn came for a whole year .. so was he sleeping the whole time ? why wud he only find me having so many leaves only when I am opting out for industrial training ..
