Dear Sir / Madam,
Our client is a dealer in Medical Implants ( which are exempted goods). They are purchasing exempted goods from other states. Now whether we need to issue C-Forms?

Since you have mentioned that the goods are exempted, there is no requirement to furnish c forms.
