Can I issue 'C' forms for purchase of goods which is to be used for displaying purpose.

C forms can be issued only for those goods which are purchased for resale or for manufacture.

If I trade in the same goods which I will be using for the purpose of display, then is it possible to treat those goods as used for resale??

You may argue on this ground and make application for C form.
