12 February 2013 We have purchased IT racks which saves our clients data.. we are giving only data storage services and not doing any sales... whether we can issue c form to IT racks vendor..

14 February 2013 Firstly you shall be required to register under the local sales tax and CST laws as dealer. Also C form may be issued for goods purchased for re-sale or is used for manufacture. Since this purpose is storage, i am of the view that benefit of C form may not be applicable to your case.
