12 April 2011 If c&F agent issue invoice showing the expeses incurred towards the consingment and seprate showing his commission the what is the amt to charge the service total invoice amt or only commission amt.

in case he provide goods transport service to a factory/company only.
is it optional to pay by factory/company
or
is it manadatory to follow and company can't pay to transporter and ask them to deposit the tax to govt.
