Building approval / site approval for bank loan

10 April 2013 We are having a land with built in house in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. which were developed in the year 1900, we are having documents of 1900.

While we approach Bank for loan, Banker said it is not a approved site.

In this situation what can be done.
