27 December 2011 i am doing a stock audit of a builder who has got land under sra scheme ?
what all documents are required to be maintained by the builder at the site ?
what is to be verified by me at my weekly visit to site ?

pls suggest if any suggestion

29 December 2011 The builder is required to maintain the following accounting records at site :

1. Stock Register
2. Bill of Materials (BOQ) for recording quantity of materials issued to site

You can verify stocks on a weekly basis and you can check the entries in the Stock Register and the Fixed Assets Register, with underlying supporting documents.
