Want to know procedures followed for collectina and payment of service tax for builders

Collect service tax on each receipt including advance payments and raise bill including service tax and pay service tax quarterly on or before 6th of following month through on line, if you are Individual/firm. In case of companies monthly remittance of service tax required.
