Sir, I have a query regarding CA Final Examination.
Is that possible to fill up the Final Exam form (like a provisional student)without having the Final Registration No, since Registration No. or Letter of Final, i applied but not got the letter from institute at the time of filling exam form. I cleared Ca ipc and complete my full articleship. So, can it possible to fill the form and sit for ca final exam? and if possible than which reg. no. i used in registration no. column in exam form? Plz. advice.

Is there any changes in contents of Directors' report for the year ended 31.03.2014?

Whether we have to follow the Companies' Act 2013 while preparing directors' report?
