30 June 2014 Hai hello...
I want file itr 1 for income from biz (commission from a former) we r a middle man wit the purchase and sales...we geting commission. ..now need show a purchase and sales figure in it return...r only on the part of commission we neec file it return......?????

Kindly help me on this...

30 June 2014 No, you can not file ITR-1 for commission income. You have to file ITR-4 for commission income under business and profession head.

01 July 2014 you have to file ITR-4 for business income. ITR-1 for the salary income.
