Hai hello...
I want file itr 1 for income from biz (commission from a former) we r a middle man wit the purchase and sales...we geting commission. ..now need show a purchase and sales figure in it return...r only on the part of commission we neec file it return......?????
Kindly help me on this...

No, you can not file ITR-1 for commission income. You have to file ITR-4 for commission income under business and profession head.
01 July 2014
you have to file ITR-4 for business income. ITR-1 for the salary income.
