Filing of applicable forms with the roc

30 June 2014 Dear Friends
On of My Client Has not complied with the ROC Filings any from its incorporation dated 15-dec-2012. For filing of these annual forms we have to comply with the Comapnies Act,1956 or 2013. Then what is the total filing costs including interest, penalties if any.
Please Guide me as early as possible
