Filing of applicable forms with the roc

Dear Friends
On of My Client Has not complied with the ROC Filings any from its incorporation dated 15-dec-2012. For filing of these annual forms we have to comply with the Comapnies Act,1956 or 2013. Then what is the total filing costs including interest, penalties if any.
Please Guide me as early as possible

Old forms (companies act 1956) will not accept by system.
You have to comply with new acts.
Fees as per new law.
