One of my client is setting up Manufacturing of Bio Briquettes ( White Coal) from agricultural waste.
So on this process is excise duty applicable?
and if any then what rate?
Any other tax applicable on this manufacturing activity.

If process amounts to manufacture or production of goods then duty of excise will be applicable. You should consult with any professional.
