dear sir, one of my client is of DIU nd now resident of portugal. He wants to issue PAN card nd having SBI Passbook nd portuguesa passport as well as certificate of registration of O C I (overseas citizen of india). Is it possible and can i apply for the same with this??? please help me., thnx

On of My Client Has not complied with the ROC Filings any from its incorporation dated 15-dec-2012. For filing of these annual forms we have to comply with the Comapnies Act,1956 or 2013. Then what is the total filing costs including interest, penalties if any.
