30 June 2014 dear sir, one of my client is of DIU nd now resident of portugal. He wants to issue PAN card nd having SBI Passbook nd portuguesa passport as well as certificate of registration of O C I (overseas citizen of india). Is it possible and can i apply for the same with this??? please help me., thnx
