I need to know whether we have to do alteration of MOA and AOA as per Companies Act 2013 even if we have not changed any significant clause in our company. If so, what are d changes I need to make in MOA and AOA?? I HAD FILED TDS RETURNS OF STATE GOVT DEDUCTOR FROM 1ST TO 4TH QUARTER ON 27/06/2014.AND MY DOUBT IS TDS-CPC HAD LEVIED LATE FILLING FEE FOR 4QUARTERS,BUT AS GIVEN RELIEF/EXEMPTION FOR GOVT DEDUCTORD FOR LATE FILLING EXTENDED UPTO 31/03/2014..

CAN YOU GIVE ME THE DEATILED REASON FOR LEVY OF 234E? WHY THEY LEVIED LATE FILLING FEE ON GOVT DEDUCTORS?
