As per requirement of company law, balance sheet must show the term loan in two parts:
1) Term loan portion which is repayable within next twelve months and
2) Term loan payable beyond 12 months

Now my query is
How to calculate the amount of loan repayable within next twelve months if I do not have loan repayment schedule with detailed interest calculation.

Some times loan installment is not fixed (specially in case of loan from nationalized banks), in that case how can I determine the amount which is due in next 12 months

We have send 10 drums of materials to my customer at Ranchi. out of 10 drums 1 drum was licked out on the road. Our customer received only 9 drums Endorsement of consignment note by the driver have been done. We suggested to the customer to please receive the entire 10 drums of the materials and issue an invoice for 1 drum so we can receive the same as RM at our end. But the said customer saying that we are not in a position to receive 10 drums not able to issue any invoice in our favour. They may be written on our invoice (xerox copy) that 1 drum rejected and return. Please let me know how we utilize the CENVAT on their condition.

I am a CA IPCC student. I was not able to attempt in may due to health reasons.So i am going to attempt in november.I got to know about the changes in syllabus of law,incometax and IT.And bought IT and income tax.I want to know whether there are changes in any other subject and should i buy a supplementary study material of Companies Act 2013 or whole book for law?Is auditing syllabus changed by Companies Act 2013?
Can any one help me?
