can we dedcut the TDS from their fees.
Doctor devoting their hours as one social work to our NGO for Medical Camp Purpose

Articleship transfer after 1 year

Hello,

I am doing my articleship in the west. I have already completed 1 year and 3 months of my term. I want to take a transfer to my hometown in the north. Can I give medical reason for the same, Since I am unable to find any other suitable reason. Kindly advise.

Itr2 section for claiming 26qb for property sale

With my deal of selling an flat for 77 lakh the buyer paid 77k as tax and has furnished 26QB form to me. Please let me know the section of ITR2 to be filled to claim 77k.

Industrial trainee

As per ICAI guideline i have intimated my principle 3 Months prior, about my intention to do industrial Training.
Now i have got placement As industrial trainee, & i am ready to serve 1 month notice period as per my exsisting firm's policy.
But still my principle is not allowing me for IT. Can ICAI help me in this ?? IS principle's call is final for IT even after complying all guidelines by ICAI ??
