Whether the principal can deduct the amount for leave taken (within the limit prescribed by the ICAI)from Stipend payable to the Article assisstant?

For example:Stipend is Rs.1000/- per month. leave taken for exam for 15 days (The exam is leave is permitted by the ICAI)
The principal paid only Rs.500/- after deducting the amount for leave taken.

A private Ltd Company has taken a contract with Private bus to drop its employess from the company to Railway station and vise a versa.This company pays certain amount say 50000 per month against bill raised by that private bus travels.PRIVATE LTD company also deduct TDS and makes the payment to bus travels. This private bus travel is not registered under service tax(i.e. turnover of this travel is below 10 lacs)
In this example,is service tax applicable under RCM? and need to be paid by the Private Ltd company to the Govt?

in the month of August 2014. I want to submit a new(fresh) individual return ITR-2,

I want to know how long back date return can be submitted online... can a submit BACK DATE return for the F.Y - 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14. IN this month Aug 2014...
