we have one party whom we purchase the capital goods, transportation charges paid by party (seller) and they reimburse it from us by issuing debit note.. can we are liable for service tax or the other party?? and what entry we passed in our accounts... plz clarify this..

I have a doubt regarding Income Tax filing for a Trust. A trust formed in Feb 2013 and applied for 12AA registration on April 2014 and the application is in process. Now for filing IT for the financial year 2013-14 whether the trust is eligibe for exemption u/s.12 and 13 or Trust has to pay Tax for the donation received after its expenses.

I have got email from ICAI that my application in Form 117 for firm name has been approved & i may apply in form 18 for Firm particulars.

Plz tell me whether any hard copy of such letter will be dispatched or not ? Or i have to enclose print out of email with form 18 ?
