My friend need to file their Income Tax Return for the AY 2012-13 manually. They went to Income Tax Office and fill the Manual ITR 1 Form for the AY 2012-13 and submit the same but the Income Tax Counter Officers does not accept that return.

Kindly let me know, how to file my friends Income Tax Return and get the Acknowledgement from the IT Dept.

My client have query. He has given money for divorce settlement to her wife. Her ex wife now ask more more because she told my client that money receive by her is taxable.
