I have registered for articles on 31.10.2012 and passed group 2 of IPCC in May 14 attempt. What is the last date to register for CA final so as to give FInal Attempt in May 2015. Reply as soon as possible. Thanks in Advance.

I am pursuing my articleship in partnership CA Firm. My principal who is the partner of the firm is withdrawing his COP . So i am willing to take transfer in another firm.
His retirement date in the firm is 23-7-14 & has not yet withdrawn his COP. & till date i am pursuing my articleship over here. So what should be my termination date in form 109 & can i mention date of my termination after his retirement date?

1) while making partition of HUF, is it compulsory to make deed of Partition

2) If a person is having Indian passport, but he is NRI and stays abroad then which address to be mentioned in the deeed of partition

3) If person having foreign passport but stays in other foreign country then which add to be mentioned in the deed.

I have been pursuing CA since 2008 when i was 18. I cleared CPT on June 2008. I subsequently registered under PCC and commenced my article ship which I served till Two and a half year approx. on May 2011, I terminated my article ship on account of registering myself under IPCC. It took me two years to pass group one, i.e, on may 2013 attempt. I couldn't clear group 2 exams in both nov 2013 and this may 2014 attempt.
I am 24 now, All I've achieved is bachelor's degree in commerce, 2 years articleship expirience, and had passed CA IPCC group 1 only. I think even if I continue studying CA, I may not, based on my own self assessment, be able to become a CA two years from now.
I urge you, please help me, I'm depressed and don't know what to do with my future.

I have terminated my articleship on 31st July.(10 months of artielship). Should I Re-Register the Articelship with a new Auditor within one month? If I did not re register wihin 1 month after the termination, Will not the 10 months be counted and again a fresh 3 years should be done?
