Can a private limited company sell asset to its directors ? For example ABC pvt ltd company have two directors..One director wants to buy company's property and another director agreed to this sale..is it possible?

So I am 26 years old and working in a call center. I just started my graduation now through correspondence and also enrolled myself in the CS program along with a full time job. By the time I finish my graduation I will 28 and I am planning to do full time LLB at the age of 29 after resigning from the call center. Now my questions are :
Q1. Is it advisable to do full time LLB at the age of 30 along with CS ?
Q2. Are companies hesitant to employ a 33 years old fresher with no prior experience ? does age becomes a factor for employment?
Q3. How to have a great career just by doing CS alone (no LLB) ?
Q4. What can you suggest to have a good career by looking into my situation ?

I take service tax under erection commission & installation service this is a franchise my turnover below 1000000/- but I collect service tax and also remit with interest and also filed return. now my query is is that any provision for avoid late payment ? I have not received any notice from department

i opened one office at main junction

but i don't have any STP number OR ITP number

so can i put board in front of my office because some body told me that with out STP OR ITP numbers we should not put board in front of office

is it correct please clarity me

heya me a ca final year student i gave my final 1st group for the third tym n didnt cleared it majorily due to theory....really upset thinking of log kya kahenge ki 3 baar se nhi nikaal payi ab kya ukhaad legi n all.....can anyone tellme what to do.continue ca or not n me taking classes of second group so shud i give group 1 or group 2.....n a little abt the study strategy for may 2017 mainly for theory subs m my opinion is ki group 1 du pehle and is there any changes in syllabus of group 1.....please guide me please.........please help me please

one of my friends told me that if we are doing CA then we are not able to do more than 1 degree course like M.com,LLB OR MBA. Actually I wants to do DTL,GDCA,M.Com & LLB also. So, Please assist me.
