In a company a director has been removed by forging his signature on resignation letter and consequently filing form 32 along with the same resignation letter with ROC.

1, What can the aggrived director.
2. What remedy he has.
3. Whether he can apply to CLB for completely stop the business of company till the issue is setteled.

My Query is as followed :-
Suppose if any person takes a term loan @ 8% interst.He got a offer from the lender to convert his loan in foreign currency and he have to pay interst @ 4%. Then he wants to convert it in foreign currency to avail the profit in saving of 4% interst. so what is the treatment of difference of change in foreign currency rate at the time of last payment. So this How should this Profit\Loss treated in Accounts.

I am a practising CA in Chennai. I would like to know that whether i can sign tax audit report of another city where i dont have a branch? and while signing in case of place which city should i mention , Chennai or the city where i am signing the Balance sheet ?

If a person takes the HRA from the com but not submitted the rent agreement, then the entire HRA is taxable. But at the time of filing the return, can he take the deduction by showing the amount of Rent he has paid to his landlord?

In this case, the amount taxable under the head salary will be different than what is shown in Form 16. Is it acceptable?

Can a CA in service take the agency of anything like LIC, Mutual Fund?

I have passed C.P.T in November 2007, I am presently doing articleship along with it i am taking classes i just want to know how should i manage my classes should i quit articleship. One thing more i want to know is, at what time i should take which class . Presently i m taking classes of Cost Accounting & financial management. My attempt for PCC is in 2008

WHAT HAPPENED IF THE ASSESSEE FILLED WRONG PAN OF AUDITOR IN ITR -4.& WHAT ARE ITS IMPLICATION. WHETHER THE RETURN OF THE ASSESSEE WILL BE TREATED AS INVALID RETURN.
