What if they are doin ignou courses also for bcom

by CA firm preferring PE II students over CPT?and why will that happen till July 2008?

If that had to happen, why was cpt introduced?

i own 2 properties one is a residential Property where i resides and another one is a commercial property which remains vaccant for last 10 yrs now my question is that can Assesing Officer can treat one of the property as a " Deemed to be let out " or not.

HOW MUCH A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY (WHICH IS NOT A SUBSIDIARY OF ANY COMPANY) pay director remunertion cosidering income tax act and company acT. (2) IN PERSONAL ITR OF DIRECTORS UNDER WHICH HEAD OF INCOME THE REMUNERATION WILL BE TAXABLE.

if i dont have any acquintances who r CA's,how can i find out good firms which can give gud exposure to all finance aspects and individual freedom to perform;before i join it

Is it good to join big firms/ or small firms?i know the +'s and _'s of both.keeping in mind the study schedule,will any medium sized firm fit for doing articleship? big firms though add a lot to our C.V.? pls advice.I'm confused!! i got 79% in CPT.

ITS BEEN SOME YEARS I HAD PASSED THE INTERMEDIATE EXAMS,NOW I WANT TO APPEAR IN THE FINAL NEW COURSE EXAM TO BE HELD IN NOV 2008.
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT FEES I HAVE TO PAY AND WHETHER I HAVE TO REGISTER AGAIN,ANY FORMS TO BE FIILED UP FOR THE SAME .PLS HELP ME WITH THE FORMALITIES FOR APPEARING IN THE IST EXAM OF FINAL NEW COURSE, I HAD CLEARED MY INTER IN 2000.

MY ATTEMPT OF PCC IS NOV 2008 .I AM GOING TO COACHING DAILY MORNING 6.15 TO 9.00AM THEN I AM GOING TO MY ARTICLES 9.30AM TO 5.30 AM ,THEN AGAIN I AM GOING TO COACHING FROM 5.30PM TO 8.00PM .AFTER GOING TO HOME I AM ABLE STUDY ONLY ONE SUBJECT HOW TO I ALLOT MY TIME FOR EACH SUBJECT.

1.A salaried Person is living in his mother house and have no residential house in his name paying a house rent to his mother does this amt. is considered as rent paid for calculation of house rent allowance . further rent income is offered to tax in his mother's return of income .

2.If yes any contract need to preapred for income tax purpose .

3.is there is any risk of disallowance by assessing officer .

i need nov 2007 attempt examination papers of CA PCC.
