I want know minimum eligibility for professional courses like CA, CS, ICWA. Is there any minimum precentage at graduation required? i.e.50%

how to know first name surname of the assessee while registering for e filing of income tax return.I tried so many times i could'nt get it....Is there any other site for checking those details other than income tax sites

An asset's WDV as on 1st April is 20,000.This asset was used 50% for personal use during the year.The depreciation rate is 20%.What I want to know is what will be the WDV of the asset at the end of the year????

Dear Sir,

We are paying for professional services after deducting tds @ 10.30 %.

Earlier, we had estimated that the total payment during 2008-09 would not exceed Rs. 8.7 Lacs. But now it seems that it might exceed by around 50 thousand by March,08.

The payments were done throughout the year. What should we do now? Will there be any interest implications on our earlier TDS payment ?

Can I claim tax relief for the amount that I pay as registration fee and stamp duty for registering a house/property that I bought using a housing loan amount?

I have not received possession of flat yet, but I have already paid registration fee and stamp duty in the month July 2008. Please guide. & Also please mention can I show this money for saving tax in financial year 2008-2009.
