If a director receives salary/remuneration from a company.
1) Can he show under Income from Salary in his return? What are the income tax compliance?

2) Can he show under Income from Business/Profession in his return? What are the income tax compliance?

3) What else he can do?

If after selling exciseable product out of state but not accepted by the party & stored in the godown in that state only & now after a span of 1 year the Company wants to sell the product to another buyer... Then what is the procedure...Is it compulsory to get the products at the factory or can we sell directly from that place??

In the new website registration of huf with ancestral date of incorporation can not able to register. Whn ever we try to register it shows invalid huf name. The huf name is correct we match with income tax database.we also try with date of incorp 01/01/0001
