if tds challan is prepared (by mistake) and paid in AY:12-13 instead of AY: 13-14, how can it be rectified ?
whether the payment can be claimed in AY: 13-14?
please let me know the solution

sir, I bought the stamp paper on 5-3-2013, but I cannot register for articleship till now(7-4-2013). heard that register for articleship within 30 days of the stamp paper. Whether can I use the same stamp paper dated 5-3-2013 for my article registration?

         		A private limited company has 2 directors. Can we appoint 1 Additional Director and resign 1 Director in single Form 32?? The date of appointment and resignation shall be the same. And what if in case the dates are different.Kindly advice.

Total Income means income from all heads and before giving deduction under chapter VI.
