We are in category of work contract of construction. What will be service tax rate applicable to charge. 12.36% or 4%????

The rates as per Notification 24/2012 are given below.
a) For finishing work -- 7.42%
b) For repair work -- 8.65% and
c) For original work -- 4.944%
The above rates are inclusive of education cess and secondary and higher education cess.
