12 April 2013 Hello All.
One of my friend is an insurance agent. Now he want’s to join CA (till not register for CPT).
My query is that on which time he has to surrender his insurance license, before registration, after registration…

12 April 2013 I don't know about Insurance Laws, but CPT doesn't require surrender of license. Unless you have to go for Articleship, you can do whatever you want.

12 April 2013 Before commencement of articleship he has to surrender his insurance agent license.
