If we don't issued Form 16A Within fifteen days from the due date for furnishing the statement of tax deducted at source under rule 31A, then what happen ?

If there is any provision please provide the reference (Notice No) of the same.

How do we avoid such kind of incident if happens ?

Hi Gurus,
I have availed a home loan on 2006 ROI fetched with BPLR at canara bank.My HL ROI is 12%.Now I wish to change My ROI for home loan from BPLR to Base Rate.
My Queries are
1. Am i want to pay any Processing fee.

Sir Is it Possible to do online enrollment and attempt 1 group in December 2013 ? I know the last date for enrollment is 31st May.. But As i am registering myself on CS online portal it shows to pay full amount i.e for both groups.. So is it implied that i need to wait till may 2014 for appearing the exam ?? Please reply.. I want to appear for one group in december 2013
