I'm converting a Pvt Ltd into a LLP and I'm filing name approval form. My query is which of the following options to select in Form 1:

1. Incorporating a new Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

2. Changing the name of an existing Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

agriculture land purchase and sale in after 2 year in that case which agriculture land is taxable or not.

i have paid rs 40000 asadvance tax for f.y2012-2013 & a.y 2013-2014.
and paid income tax rs 25000 for a.y 2012-2013 & f.y 2011-2012.
pls help me how we can posted these entries in books of accounts and tally also.

Need to know the IT calculation formula if IT will be payable by the employer.
do we have to add the tax amount into perks and than again tax liability needs to be calculated or we need to deposit the tax on in hand salary what commited to the employee.

opinion require, if there is formula to calculate the tax liability.

1. A Pvt. Ltd. have its manufacturing unit at Hospet-Karnataka with ECC No.

2. The same A Pvt. Ltd. had Seperate Trading Unit at Hyderabad-Andhra Pradesh with separate ECC No.

My Question is :

1.A Pvt. Ltd. [Trading Unit] Had supplied the Raw Material of Steel Meaterial to A Pvt. Ltd. [Manufacturing Unit] Charging Excise Duty @ applicable rates.

2. A Pvt. Ltd. [Manufacturing Unit] is eligible to take the CENVAT credit on the invoices raised by A Pvt. Ltd [Trading Unit]

3. It's not a STOCK TRANSFER. They will purchase from the third party and sold to the Manufacturing unit with proper sales invoice.

4. Is there any problem to take CENVAT Credit ?

i had upload the incorporation forms of a company but status is not approved it is showing the error under regulation under 17 of company act, 1956 please someone tell me the solution for that

in the following problem calculate depreciation as per companies act,

opening balance of motor cycle - Rs.40775.92/-

on october-15, 2012 new motor cycle purchases Rs.59682/-

an accident was occured on 30-09-2012. it was sold on november-28 for Rs.19000. (old motor cylce was accidented not new motor cycle)

Rs.22000/- was received as accidental compensation on december-14,2012.

in the above situation how to calculate the depreciation as per companies act.

please give solution

at the time of TDS return filing one person's PAN Wrongly mentioned another Person's PAN. The challan was booked. how can rectify this problem. if file the cancellation statement and file the original retrun that time delay of filing fee Rs.200/- per day will apply or not? please clarify.
