Sir,
I have submit incorporation documents to Roc and I have received following massage for resubmission
One of the subscriber has signed in Telugu. Call for his affidavit. IIIc to be restricted to max 10.
Please tell me the meaning of IIIc to be restricted to max 10.

IIIC is known as Clause III (C) of Memorandum of Associations which deal with object clause of the company. It says that you restrict to only up to maximum point 10.

Signature in any other language:
Where a person signs in a language other than the language of the Memorandum, it has to be ensured that he is conversant with the contents of the document. Hence, the contents have to be fully and properly communicated to such person, in his language, to enable him to understand it in the same sense as it is meant in the Memorandum. The signatures are required to be authenticated by a witness. The person witnessing the signature of the subscriber shall make an endorsement to this effect on the document at the appropriate place.

i) In the subscriber page of the MOA and AOA ,PADMAJA,FCA has to write as follows:-
Translated and explained the contents of the document to the signatory viz., A. MISHRA by me. Below this line PADMAJA, FCA has to sign also.
ii) An affidavit ,in stamp paper, of the subscriber(A.MISHRA) has to be prepared in TELEGU and notarize it. The contents of the affidavit should be as follows:-
THAT I, A. MISHRA , holder of DIN 06618931 ,am not conversant with ENGLISH language.
THAT the contents of MOA and AOA of the proposed company viz., ABC Pvt ltd, is translated and explained to me by PADMAJA, FCA of CAClubindia, India road, Bangalore-560001.
THAT I have agreed to subscribe to 1,000 shares of the said company.
iii) An ENGLISH translation of the above TELEGU affidavit on plain paper duly verified and attested by PADMAJA ,FCA should be prepared.
The above two documents has to be necessarily attached to e-Form 1.
