02 July 2013 sir,

we are under excise duty, last may we sold some 12 kgs material to the party, we were not collected any excise duty from him because he is exporting the material (he dont have Excise registration).

my question is what is the procedure to sell any goods to exporter with out collecting Excise duty?

is there any form to be received from that party plz let me know>

02 July 2013 You can received the material in the factory if that goods will be remove for home consumption duty will be payable.

can i adjust that duty against cenvat credit now and shall revise the ER1?, (May 2013 return already done)

02 July 2013 You can not adjust in the month of may 2013. Excise return will not be revised.

Just I Spoke with excise super-dent for adjustment, he asking for letter to adjust the duty in previous month. is it k for future problem?
